Staffs commission & overtime payment is pay one month later; which mean Sept10 commission will pay at Oct10. So if the staff resigned & his last day on 30/9/10, his commission & OT will pay at Oct10. But if I put the resignation date 30/9/10 in Employee Master, then Oct10 I can’t generate the payroll. Of I put Oct10, then it’s not correct & how the wrong information on EPF Borang A.
It’s our system limitation because once the person resign, on the following month, their data will not be generate. So let’s say this employee resign on 30/9/2010 rite? So we need to pay them their OT and commission on October.
What can we do is, go to employee master >> edit >> change the resign date to 2nd of October, untick Pay EPF, SOCSO & PCB >>
Generate payroll >> 2nd half payroll >> Edit >> change Basic Salary day to 0 >> insert the commission & OT >> save.
After we release the payslip, we still can change the resign date back to 30/9/2010.
