How to handle if the user accidently to generate payroll for resigned staff?

Question
If one of the employee resign in May and after i generate the payroll, then only realise the employee is resign in last month.

Answer

1. go back to the Employee Master File to set the status to 'resigned' and set the resigned date in May.

2. go back to the Generate Payroll | Quick Edit and look for that employee name and click the 'DEL' button
