In QNE Optimum, After the latest online update, the database connection are missing in database wizard, how can i restore the previous connection setting?

Answer

1. Please right click the program shortcut and go to properties then click "Open File Location"

2. Then you should be able to see the windows explorer and your current path should be similar to "C:\QnE Software\QnE Business Solutions\Bin"

3. look for a file name "WinApp.exe.config" and copy and overwrite it to the folder you just installed

4. You can also find the previous backup file e.g.  "WinApp.exe.config.2015.0.1.4.bak" 

5. You can rename it from "WinApp.exe.config.2015.0.1.4.bak" to "WinApp.exe.config" and paste it to the latest version of the program folder.

5. Close QNE Optimum and Open again.
