Start QLS Agent prompted Time out has expired and the operation has not been completed

Scenario 

Start QLS Agent prompted

“Time out has expired and the operation has not been completed”

 

Solution 

Method 1:

  1. Update QLS Agent to latest version
  2. You may refer to below guide

Method 2:

  1. Re-install QLS Agent
  2. Go to C:\QLS
  3. Launch setup.exe

 

 

Method 3:

  1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32
  2. Look for file named “License.lic”

If your Windows configured hide extensions, then you might need to look for file named “License” and Type “LIC File”

3. Open license.lic with Notepad

4. If it is empty then delete file “license.lic”

5. Re-open QLS Agent and start again
