Another report that is mostly used in accounting is the Statement of Account or the Customer Statements which generates and summarizes the transaction activity for each of your Customer’s Account and presents the balances as of a particular covered period.

 

Under the same Report Center screen, expand Statement Of Account and click on Statement Of Account.

 

Filter to the desired output you want in your report: the Date Filter for the covered report period and Range; or a specific Customer Account range; then select the Agent, Area, Category, or Control Account range, if applicable.

 

Optionally, you may also choose to Exclude Active, Inactive, Prospect, and Suspended Customers.

 

Choose the Report Sorting options either by Customer Code. or Customer Name.

Click the Preview button to generate your Statement of Account Reports.


Print a copy or export to PDF and email directly to send out statements to your Customers!
