Scenario:

How to make it auto calculate deposit 40% ?

Solution:

Step 1 - in report Designer > Press Field > at "SalesInvoiceVoucher1" > Press Add Calculated Field.

Step 2 - Once Press Add Calculated Field , System will add 1 new field under "SalesInvoiceVoucher1" .

Step 3 - Then Press Edit, Report Designer will Drop down Edit Info.

Step 4 - Put a new Name, Example : DepositCalculator, then Press Expression 3dot button.

Note: i will take Due Amount field to count.

Step 5 - After Press Expression, System will pop out this box, after fill in expression then press OK.

Note, User can copy expression from here : [DueAmount]*40/100

Step 6 - After Press OK, then User can drag the new added Field to desired column.

Then Press Menu > Press Save.

After Save, we can now Preview the Result
