Forgotten login password for QNE WECHAT Mobile App

1. Inform your database’s administrator user that you forgotten your login password for QNE WECHAT Mobile App
2. Administrator user may go to https://www.qne.cloud/ and login to your database just like how you login from QNE WECHAT Mobile App

3. Go to Security > Security System User > search User Name > click on the User Name

4. Select [Reset Password] button

5. By default, system will generate a temporary password or you can choose your desired temporary password for the targeted user then click on [Reset Password] button

6. The user is required to login with the temporary password on https://www.qne.cloud/ to define their desired password and click [OK] button

7. Now your password has successfully reset and you may continue to access QNE WECHAT Mobile App with your new password
