Windows 8 and above cannot enable install .Net Framework 3.5

Setup 1 - Go to Control Panel > Programs & Features > Turn Windows features on or off

Step 2 - Untick newer .Net Framework (.Net Framework 4.6 Advanced Services)

Step 3 - Click OK / Apply

Step 4 - Then tick to enable .Net Framework 3.5 (includes .Net 2.0 and 3.0)

Step 5 - Click OK / Apply

Step 6 - After successfully enable / install .Net Framework 3.5 (include .Net 2.0 and 3.0)

Step 7 - Tick back .Net Framework (.Net Framework 4.6 Advanced Services)

Step 8 - Click OK / Apply

Step 9 - Now you can continue / proceed to install QNE
