Scenario:  

Company have moved and need change new address or change new company name. Have try go to File > Company Profile to key in the new company address or new company name, but when click for save will prompt out below message say that system will register the database as new registration.  What to do? 

Solution:

1) All user logout system 

2) Go to server PC and open QLS 

3) After open QLS, click Licenses

4) Select the database you wish to amend company name or company address. Example: SAMPLE TRADING (M) SDN. BHD. need change to S TRADING SDN. BHD.

5) After select, click Licenses > Transfer Licenses Out to Cloud

6) Fill in reason and requestor name, click Transfer Out

7) Login system as usual at server PC, system will pop up a window request activate license > click OK

8) Click Edit Profile 

9) Key in new company info > after done click Save

10) Click Activate and will see registration Success!. Now able to login system and company info changed
