How to Generate Customer Aging & Customer Ledger Reports

In QNE Cloud Accounting, you may generate 12-Month Customer Aging Report to trace overdue transactions of your customer by month. 

In the same Report Center Screen, select Customer Tab and expand Customer Aging, then choose 12 Months Customer Aging.

 

 

Filter to the desired output you want in your report. Set the Date Filter. And Filter Range for Customer, Agent, Doc Agent, Area, Category, and Control Account according to your needs.


You may also choose to Exclude Active, Inactive, Prospect, or Suspended, and Sort by Customer Code. or Customer Name.


Once you’re done with report filters, click the Preview button to generate the report.


With just a glance, you may already determine the outstanding or for collection from your customers, your accounts receivable that ranges on the number of days past due.

 

 

Customer Ledger

View all your customer transactions, maintained with Subsidiary Ledgers per your Customer Account with Customer Ledger Report.

To generate this report, navigate to the same Customer Report Center, expand Other Reports and choose Customer Ledger.

 

Define the report’s Date Range and other options available to generate your report. In addition, you may also choose to Include PD Cheque collections or not, depending on the results you are looking for.


Click Preview button to generate your Customer Ledger Report containing all the journal postings of each of the customer accounts transactions.
