Scenario:

How to hide Post To AR for certain user? Example user Alex unable to view

Solution:

1) Login with full access user

2) Go to Customization Centre, can refer below link

3) At the screen, double click on the user that will not need the function, example user Alex will not need the function

4) Model > Views

5) Scroll and search for CashSales_DetailView > Layout

6) At right hand side, right click > Customize Layout

7) Click on the box and will bold the line in blue color, right click > show text > do the same until find the box ‘Post to AR’

8) When find the box ‘Post to AR’, right click > Hide Item

9) Click save and close

10) Login the user to check it’s hided the function
