Whether you're looking to streamline your sales process or improve customer interaction, this guide provides clear and easy-to-follow steps to ensure a seamless QR code integration in your documents.
Solution:
Step 1 - Please learn How to Access Report Designer .
Step 2 - Drag Barcode into the format.
Step 3 - Change below info:
Symbology - QRCode
Module - 2
Auto-Module - Tick
Show Text - Untick
Step 4 - Press Expression button at Text Column.
Step 5 - after Press Expression button below Expression Editor will prompt
User can insert below 2 different Url, Then Press OK.
1st - this is for Customer request Einvoice.
Iif([EInvoiceStatus]!='Valid', [EInvoiceQueryUrl] , [QRCode])
2nd - Request Customer info
[CustomerInfoUrl]
Step 6 - Scroll to Behavior, Expand Symbology, Change Compaction Mode to 'Byte'
Step 7 - Scroll to Navigation, Press Expression button of Navigation URL
Step 8 - after Press Expression button of Navigation URL, insert the same expression as Step 5 user choose, Then Press OK.
Step 9 - Press Menu, then Press Save.
Step 10 - Please learn How to Default a format .
