Preview report show access to the path One Drive is deniedⓔ

Overview:

Users may encounter the following error when attempting to preview or generate a report in QNE:
"Access to the path 'C:\Users[username]\OneDrive\Documents\ReportStorage\Document' is denied."

 

This error typically occurs due to insufficient permissions or restricted access to the default report storage path, often linked to OneDrive or system folders.

 

Solution:

1. Go to the top menu, select maintenance> System options

2. Under Report tab, change the default save directory to Application Data

3. After save, try preview again
