What’s New 
This release introduces a wide range of enhancements focused on usability, compliance, reporting flexibility, onboarding experience, and system administration. Key improvements include expanded e-Invoice compliance support, enhanced audit trail visibility, upgraded user onboarding and authentication experiences, improved reporting capabilities, and greater control over user access and maintenance data visibility.


The update also delivers significant improvements to Report Designer, transaction workflows, to help businesses operate more efficiently while maintaining better accuracy, transparency, and control across daily operations.

1. Audit Trail Monitoring for Transactions and Maintenance Records
The Audit Trail module has been enhanced to capture more comprehensive modification details across transactions and maintenance records. Users can now track changes with greater visibility, improving accountability and audit readiness.

This enhancement strengthens internal controls by making it easier to identify who performed changes, what was modified, and when the updates occurred.


2. Improved e-Invoice Compliance Validation Rules
The e-Invoice SDK has been updated to support the latest compliance validation requirements. Additional validation rules have been implemented to improve submission accuracy and reduce the likelihood of rejected e-Invoices.

These updates help businesses maintain compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while streamlining the invoice submission process.


3. Manual UUID Entry and UUID Retrieval for Sales Transactions
Users can now manually enter UUID values directly within Sales transactions when needed. In addition, a new UUID retrieval function allows users to download and map the correct UUID back into the corresponding Sales transaction automatically.

This enhancement improves flexibility and reduces manual reconciliation effort when handling e-Invoice synchronization and correction scenarios.


4. Added “Ref No.” Field in Transfer From Pop-Up
A new “Ref No.” field has been added to the “Transfer From” pop-up window to improve transaction referencing and document tracking. This enhancement provides users with additional context when performing transfer-related transactions.

It also helps improve auditability and simplifies transaction verification during reconciliation processes.


5. Enhanced Statement of Account Filtering and Auto E-Statement
The “Show Outstanding Only” option is now available in the Statement of Account module and Auto-Send E-Statement functionality. This allows users to focus only on unpaid or outstanding balances when generating statements.

6. Redesigned User Onboarding Experience with Verification Email 
The onboarding experience for both web and mobile platforms has been redesigned to provide a smoother and more intuitive registration process. Verification email functionality has also been integrated to strengthen account validation and improve onboarding security.

This enhancement helps new users get started more easily while ensuring a more reliable account activation experience.


7. Added Unit Price Column in Stock Inquiry
A new Unit Price column has been added to the Stock Inquiry column chooser, allowing users to quickly view pricing information directly from inquiry screens.

This enhancement improves inventory visibility and helps users make faster pricing and stock-related decisions without opening additional records.


8. Added Currency Rate in Past Transaction CSV Templates
The sample CSV template for Past Transaction imports now includes the CurrencyRate field. This allows users to prepare import files more accurately for multi-currency transactions.

The enhancement helps reduce import corrections and improves data consistency during transaction migration or bulk uploads.


9. New User Access Control for Inquiry Screens
A new user access permission has been introduced for Inquiry screens under the Navigation Pane. Administrators can now control which users are allowed to access inquiry-related functions.

This enhancement improves system security and allows organizations to better manage user-level access permissions.


10. Improved User Default Settings and Maintenance Visibility Controls
User Default Settings have been enhanced with improved UI and functionality to provide a more user-friendly configuration experience. Additionally, maintenance data visibility can now be controlled based on user default settings. see more..


11. Redesigned Signup and Login Pages for Web and Mobile
The Signup and Login pages have been redesigned across both web and mobile platforms to deliver a cleaner, more modern, and more intuitive user experience.

The updated design improves usability, accessibility, and overall navigation for both new and existing users accessing the platform.


12. Added Start Date in Customer and Supplier Maintenance
A new Start Date field has been added to Customer and Supplier Maintenance records. This allows businesses to track the effective start date of customer or supplier relationships more accurately.

The enhancement improves record management and supports better historical reference tracking.


13. Report Designer Enhancements
The Report Designer has been expanded with additional fields and reporting options to provide users with greater customization and reporting flexibility. These updates improve visibility of transaction details, customer information, currency data, and financial references across various reports and preview formats.
