Step 1 -  In customization center, expand QNE Business Solutions>Views

Step 2 -  Expand QnEBS.BO.Stock

Step 3 -  Expand Stocks_DetailView>Items

Step 4 -  Select StockName, change CharacterCasing to Upper

Step 5 - Save the changes then restart QNE Optimum. Now go to check stock name when user key in will always in capital letter
