How to import E-invoice information via Excel (AR)

Solution:

1st - User can download the template from this link:

Example:

2nd - there is some information user can export from their own customer list

Press CTRL + A (Select All Customer) > Right Click > Choose IO > Choose Export > Press Excel.

 
then Select a place to Save, give a name for the excel, Press Save.

Sample Excel

there is some field which we can copy the info from Step 2 Exported Excel,

which is
Company Code, Registration No, City and Phone number.

Reminder: Registration No please use the new format, and cannot have special character like dash.

Note:

In Customers Maintenance, Compulsory information

1. Registration No.
2. City
3. Phone No.
4. Zip Code
5. State
6. Country
7. TIN Type
8. Customer TIN
9. E- Invoice Validation

and there is Special Code represent for certain field like:

1. State
2. Country
3. TIN Type
4. and Einvoice Validation

we will have 249 Country for user to select therefore, I'll provide an excel of whole list, Press here to download.

• Company (Malaysia) = 1
• Company (Foreign) = 2
• Individual (Malaysia) = 3
• Individual (Foreign) = 4
• General Public = 5

4. Einvoice Validation

• Follow E-Invoice Settings = 0
• Full Compliance = 1
• Deferred Compliance = 2
• Non - Compliance = 3

3rd - Now i fill in some sample information in Excel

Company Code, Registration No, City and Phone No. info can get it from Excel from above Step 3.

Registration No cannot have special character like Dash '-'

From my Excel

Country State 3 = Kelantan

Country 158 = Malaysia

TIN Type 3 = Individual (Malaysia) 

Einvoice Validation 2 = Deferred Compliance 

4th  - After Fill in all the require info, Right Click at Customer > Press Import from.

5th - After press import from, System will prompt out below screen, Press 3 dot button, Select your excel Template, then Press 'Next'

6th - Press Guess Mapping, then Press Import

7th - Press Finish

Check Result

Done.
