How to delete or set user as inactive

Scenario:

User has resigned and the account is not in used

Note: we not recommended user to delete user account, may set the user account as inactive

 

1. Login as administrator account or any user account with access right to access user page


2. Go to Maintenance tab> click on users and click on the user account


3. Untick active button to set as inactive and click on save

 

4. If want to delete user account, go to Edit tab> click on Delete
