Solution:
- How to replace DLL file
- Go to download folder> Copy the DLL file
3. Go to desktop> Right click on QNE icon> select Open file location (make sure have close QNE first)
4. System will auto guide to QNE BIN folder, right click and replace the copied DLL file
5. Select replace the file in the destination
6. Access QNE again to test is the issue resolve
