Overview:
This guide will walk you through the process of importing master data for customers and suppliers into the QNE AI Cloud Accounting solution using Excel CSV files. By following the steps outlined in this guide, you will learn how to prepare your CSV file, ensure data accuracy, and successfully upload customer and supplier information into the system. This import feature helps streamline your accounting workflow and ensures that all your master data is accurately reflected in QNE AI Cloud Accounting, enabling smoother operations and better data management.
Solution:
Step 1 - User might need to download the Excel CSV template, Expand Company > Expand Tools > Press Data Migration > Then Press Upload of Customers/Suppliers.
Step 2 - After Press Upload button, system will prompt out below screen > Press 'Download Sample'
Note:
Below is Customers/Suppliers Sample Excel CSV, those column header which with * symbol is compulsory field
For Customer's Control Account please fill in account code which have Special Account Debtors Control Account.
For Supplier's Control Account please fill in account code which have Special Account Creditors Control Account.
For Customer's Excel CSV upload Status value need to update correct value as below:
Debtor Status
please input the number:
ACTIVE = 0,
INACTIVE = 1,
PROSPECT = 2,
SUSPENDED = 3
Creditor Status
please input the number:
ACTIVE = 0,
INACTIVE = 1,
SUSPENDED = 2
Step 3 - after complete the excel template, Back to import customer screen > Press Upload CSV
Step 4 - After Press Upload CSV, then below screen will prompt out
Step 5 - Press Click to Upload > Select the completed excel template > press Open.
Step 6 - File Uploaded Successfully appear > then press Import
Step 7 - Press Save Items
