Overview:
The "Posted Transaction" feature in QNE AI Cloud POS allows users to consolidate multiple transactions into a lump sum amount and post them as a single journal entry in QNE AI Cloud Accounting. This ensures that accounting records remain streamlined while still allowing users to review individual transaction details within QNE AI Cloud POS.
By using this feature, users can efficiently transfer summarized sales data to the accounting system without the need to post each transaction separately, reducing complexity and improving efficiency.
Scenario:
? A retail business using QNE AI Cloud POS generates numerous transactions daily. Instead of posting each individual transaction to QNE AI Cloud Accounting, the user can:
1️⃣ Navigate to "Posted Transaction" in QNE AI Cloud POS.
2️⃣ Select the date range and relevant transactions to be included in the posting.
3️⃣ Review the lump sum total for the selected period.
4️⃣ Click "Post to QNE AI Cloud Accounting" to generate a single journal entry reflecting the total sales amount.
5️⃣ Verify the journal entry in QNE AI Cloud Accounting for reconciliation.
This approach minimizes redundant data entry while keeping accounting records accurate and up-to-date.
Solution:
1. To locate a Posted Transactions, expand 'Transactions' in the navigation menu, then click 'Posted Transaction'.
Note: Before proceed Posted Transaction, user require to configure GL- Account for Global Discount, and Rounding Adjustment, from Settings > Configuration > QCA Posting Tab
2. Press 'Add'
3. Tick all the Transaction, Press POS
Note: User can filter by date, Cash Register to proceed posting
Result
User can Zoom in to verify the posting details
