How to Use the New QNE Support Access to Invite Support Personnel into Your Company Database ©

Overview:
This guide explains how users can utilize the newly added QNE support access feature to invite QNE support personnel into their database. By doing so, QNE support can more efficiently verify and resolve any issues with the user's database. Importantly, this method does not affect the user's database access limits, ensuring that you can continue using the system without concern for additional restrictions. 


Solution:


Step 1 - Expand Company > Press Company Profile > Press Settings > Press Setup of QNE Support Access.


Step 2 - after Press Setup, below Screen will prompt >Press Invite.


Step 3 - Insert Support Email, and insert name, then press invite


Step 4 - Tick Access Granted, then Press Save.


Done!
