This guide will walk you through the steps to set up the Front-End POS, a software-based point-of-sale system designed for cashier operations. The Front-End POS works seamlessly with the QNE AI Cloud POS, which functions as the back-end system primarily used by admin or management for data handling, inventory control, and reporting.
The Front-End POS is tailored for day-to-day cashier activities, such as creating sales bills, accepting payments, and managing cash in/out transactions. This guide aims to help users configure the Front-End POS correctly, ensuring smooth connection with the back-end and optimal performance on-site.

Imagine a retail business that has already implemented the QNE AI Cloud POS for their central operations and now wishes to equip their store cashier counter with a dedicated POS system. The cashier needs a simple, fast, and reliable interface to handle transactions efficiently, while the admin team requires all sales data to sync with the central system for reporting and analysis.
This guide is intended for IT personnel, support teams, or store managers responsible for setting up the cashier-side POS system to ensure a seamless flow between the front-end and back-end operations.
Solution:
Step 1 - Download the Front End Cloud POS setup.
Step 2 - Double Click, Execute the Cloud POS setup exe file.
Step 3 - Press Install.
Step 4 - Press Finish.
Step 5 - Double Click Execute the 'QNE AI Cloud POS'

Please fill in the required information below to complete the initial setup of the Front-End POS:
✅ Company ID
✅ Email
✅ Password
This is a one-time setup process required during the first use of the Front-End POS. It allows the system to identify which company database to connect to within the QNE AI Cloud POS platform.
Once completed, your Front-End POS will be properly linked to your company, enabling smooth transaction operations going forward.
Press Next.
Step 7 - Select Outlet, and Cash Register, then Press Confirm
Step 8 - insert 6 Digits number of PIN then Press Login
Step 9 - insert Opening balance of today, Then Press Open Cash Register.
