Use the KB “How to Set Up e-Invoice Required Fields for Customers”. The idea is:
• In QCA, you configure which fields are mandatory for e-Invoice (e.g. key tax identifiers
and contact info).
• When you create or edit a customer, QCA checks these fields so that customer records
are “e-Invoice ready”.
• If required fields are missing, QCA prompts you to complete them before allowing e-
Invoice submission.
This prevents failed submissions caused by incomplete customer data.
