How do I set up e-Invoice required fields for customers?

Use the KB “How to Set Up e-Invoice Required Fields for Customers”. The idea is:

  • In N3, you configure which fields are mandatory for e-Invoice (e.g. key tax identifiers and contact info).

  • When you create or edit a customer, N3 checks these fields so that customer records are “e-Invoice ready”.

  • If required fields are missing, N3 prompts you to complete them before allowing e-Invoice submission.


This prevents failed submissions caused by incomplete customer data.
