The KB “Customer e-Invoice Advisor” explains a helper tool that:
• Reviews a customer’s profile against the e-Invoice requirements configured in QCA.
• Highlights missing or invalid e-Invoice fields that may cause MyInvois validation errors.
• Guides you to update those fields before you start sending e-Invoices to that customer.
You typically run this advisor when you onboard a new customer or before mass e-Invoice go live,
to clean up your master data.
