QNE Optimum system files can be updated online. Users can now get the latest update of QNE Optimum anytime, anywhere.
1. On Login Screen's, click Online Update button
2. You'll be prompt to enter the update password to proceed. Please get the password from your salesperson.
3. If there is a new update available, the following screen will appear. Click Update button to proceed.
4. Update will begin. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.
5. Click Finish button to complete the update.
