How to set only certain user can backup or and restore database?

Management wish to set only certain user (Superiors) can backup or restore database. Other staffs are not given permission to do this due to company privacy policy.

Steps as below:

Step 1 - Login database by using user granted with administrative access right

Step 2 - Go to Maintenance > User Roles

Step 3 - Double click on that role

      *example: Account

Step 4 - Tick for “Database Backup” and “Database restore” > Save

Result as above:

*User able to backup / restore

If uncheck “Database Backup” and “Database restore”, result as below:

*Backup and Restore button has been hidden.
