How to troubleshoot if i cannot login to QNE Delphi, system prompted "Unable to complete network request"
1. Go to Start>Run, type "cmd"
2. In the Command Prompt please ping the IP address or the server name that you are trying to connect
e.g. "ping 192.168.0.122 -t"
3. if you see 'Request Timeout', it means the network connection between your workstation and server is not connected, Please check the network cable or check with your computer hardware vendor to fix the network connection.
OR
You can check if the Firebird services is running. If the firebird is missing, please reinstall it.
