            Sorry! nothing found for

            Error Message when Login " This application has failed to start because rtl70.bpl was not found. Reinstall the application".

            Open Installation CD > Updated Files > Application > Server > copy the rtl70.bpl. And paste into the current QnE folder which got problem.
