This setting determines whether users have permission to access and log in to the Windows-based application. By adjusting this setting, administrators can control who can use the application and who cannot 

There are Web and Windows based QNE Business Solution.

To allow or block user access to the system, user access right is set.

1. Go to Maintenance > User Roles

2. Go to Users to set the role to user. 

3. Go to Permission > Other Operations

4. Tick to allow user Access Web Application using cloud based QNE. 

If Access Web Application access right is ticked, user able to login QNE Cloud 365 https://www.qne.cloud/ (This product is discontinued from 2024)

Enter company, username and password to login

5. Untick to block user Access Web Application

System will prompt an access right error message.

6. Allow Access Windows Application to allow user using QNE in windows.

Open the QNE application installed in Windows

Enter username and password to login

7. Untick to block user Access Windows Application

System will prompt an access right error message.
