In order to Batch email pay slips, bonus slips and EA form to employees, please make sure that your package is subscribed with Batch Email Module.
How to Check your License's Module
- Mouse over to the upper left corner name part> click on License to check on the License Info
1. Click on the Product Key to open up the License info.
2. Scroll down to the Module part and make sure that Batch Email Module is enabled.
Batch Email Pay Slips
Batch Email is a convenient tool for payroll users and HR. This module enabled user to Batch email pay slips, bonus slips and EA form to employees in just a few clicks.
It is paper-less, hassle-free, and time-saving.
1. First of all, please go to Employee >Employee and click in the employee profile. Under the Basic Tab, make sure that the employees’ email column is filled up.
2. Generate and process payroll as usual.
3. Go to Reports > Management Reports and click on Payslip. Select your pay slip format and pay slip date, click on Batch Email.
4. A default email message is ready in the system. You may change the Subject and Content accordingly.
5. Click OK to email the pay slip to all employees.
6. A message with total sent pay slip will display. Only employees with email key in will received their payslip via Batch Email.
7. Employee will receive the email with pay slip attached instantly.
Batch Email Bonus Slip
1. After generate and process Bonus payroll, go to Reports> Management Reports > Bonus Slip.
2. Select report format and the Bonus payroll date, repeat the step 4 and 5 of “Batch Email Pay Slips” above to email out the bonus slip.
Batch Email EA Forms
1. Go to Government Report > Income Tax Form EA.
2. Select the Assessment Year, Printing Date and click on Batch Email
Customize your Email Template
1. To customize email template for Batch email pay slips, bonus slips and EA form to employees, click on the ellipsis beside the Template Name.
2. Click Add to create a customize email template.
3. When user Batch email pay slips, bonus slips and EA form to employees, select the template from the dropdown list and click OK to send out the emails.
