Scenario

“Cannot load an IDAPI service library”

“File: SQLINT32.DLL”

“Alias: UpgradeDB”

1. Fully close QNE Delphi

2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE and copy all files

3. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE and paste copied files

4. Now you can login to QNE Delphi
