Once Company Profile of a REGISTERED Database has been modified, the Company Registration form shows special characters, and could not be registered.

it is due the the cross upgrade and the license missing, Please try the below steps:

1. Download a sql script from

2. Go to File>Utilities>QNE Management Tools
3. if system prompt password, pls enter qne1080
4. go to Tools>Intelligence SQL Queries
5. Click the load script button then load the script you have downloaded
6. Click Execute button
7. close QNE and login QNE
8. go to File>Register Company
9. Print the form and email to rani@qne.com.my
10. after you get the registration code then please enter the code
