Preview Report with many pages prompt

“System.OutOfMemoryException”

This is due to Image file in RTF format is a long code.

When Report consist of many pages, system needs to repeat the Image’s RTF code many times which cause System.OutOfMemoryException.

Solution

1. Go to File > Company Profile

2. Go to tab “Company Info”

3. Copy the image file and save as .PNG/.JPEG/.BMP format

4. Delete the image file in RTF editor

5. Click Save

6. Go to tab “Logo”

7. Double click on the Load Image box

8. Select the Saved Image file > click Open button

9. Click Save and Close

10. Re-open the Report you wish to preview and Click Preview again
