When export report show 'An error with number 1056 has occurred. Permission is denied'

When want to export report or other transaction show below error:


Solution:

Login user with full access to give permission to the user for export

Example user Alex unable export Outstanding Delivery Order report


1) Login system with full access user, go to Maintenance > Users > double click the user Alexdouble click the role that user in, example: Sales



2) At Permissions tab > Data Operations tab > search for outstanding Delivery Order > Tick Export to provide access


3) Login user Alex and check able to export report without error


Tips: If unable find export column can try point to Read > right click > Column Chooser > drag out Export column
