Property Management Billing

Overview:

Property management billing refers to the process of managing and generating invoices, collecting payments, and keeping financial records for properties. This typically includes tracking rent payments, maintenance fees, utilities, and other charges associated with managing residential or commercial properties.

Note: Property management billing is add on module

Solution:

Go to Customer> search for Property Management Billing

Select Invoice include date and click on inquiry.

System will show all invoice within the period, after confirm the result can click Save or Preview it.

User can click on Search to view existing Property Management Billing

Select one of the billing and preview

The Property Management billing will look like below
