Scenario:
Encountered an error message "Enter Valid Phone Number" when submitting e-Invoice.
Solution:
1. In Company Profile, change phone number to '[countrycode][phone number]'
e.g. 60123456789 or 60312345678
Remark: Special character example like dash – slash / bracket ( ) and spacing is not allowed
2. Since the company profile information has changed, we need to reregistered the license.
Note: All users logout first the database first
File > Registration > Click ‘e-Invoice Activated’
Note: If you encountered this confirmation message, kindly click Yes
3. E-Invoice > E-Invoice Settings > Click Connect for the API Connection
4. Double check the transaction you would like to submit e-Invoice. example Sales invoice, check the Phone.
Change phone number to '[countrycode][phone number]' e.g. 60123456789 or 60312345678
Remark: Special character example like dash – slash / bracket ( ) and spacing is not allowed
Then you can submit for e-Invoice
5. Check Customer Maintenance > Change the phone number '[countrycode][phone number]'
e.g. 60123456789 or 60312345678
Remark: Special character example like dash – slash / bracket ( ) and spacing is not allowed
6. Change for Self-Billed Supplier as well
