No. That assumption is wrong and risky.

Being below RM1 million only means:

1. You may be temporarily exempt, or

2. Your obligation is deferred, not eliminated.

Once your revenue crosses RM1 million, e-Invoice will become mandatory — just not immediately.

Plain truth:

You may avoid e-Invoice today, but you cannot avoid it permanently.
