Login prompt error The process cannot access the file ....newcfg because it is being used by another process

Root Cause: various program files been Scan/Quarantine/blacklisted by Antivirus programs.

Solution:

  1. Temporary Pause/Disable Antivirus programs
  2. Re-install QNE Optimum into a different folder name
  3. Set Exclusion/Exception on the new QNE Optimum’s folder
  4. Resume/Enable Antivirus programs
  5. Login QNE Optimum
