Validation error during First Login after user creation

“You don’t have permission to access this application. Please contact your administrators for the windows application access."

Solution:

Please login as Administrator then follow the steps as below:

Step 1 - Look for the Username which occurs above validation. Example: (KP)

Note: KP is under 'Purchase Role'

Step 2 - Double Click Purchase Role > Under tab “Other Operations”> Access Windows Application > Tick “Allow” > Save
