When User Login Occurs Validation “You don’t have permission to access this application. Please contact your administrators for the windows application access”

Validation error during First Login after user creation

“You don’t have permission to access this application. Please contact your administrators for the windows application access."

Solution:

Please login as Administrator then follow the steps as below:

Step 1 - Look for the Username which occurs above validation. Example: (KP)

Note: KP is under 'Purchase Role'

Step 2 - Double Click Purchase Role > Under tab “Other Operations”> Access Windows Application > Tick “Allow” > Save
