Optimum-Cannot run QNE program prompt error 'The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect'

Solution 1:

Step 1 - Right Click QnE Icon > Click Open file location.

Step 2 - Look for 'Winapp.exe.config'

Note: Delete this highlighted due to it already corrupted. And re-append database.

Solution 2:

Step 1 - Right Click QnE Icon > Click Open file location.

Step 2 - Look for 'Winapp.exe.config.bak' 

Step 3 - Right Click 'Winapp.exe.config.bak' > Open with

Step 4 - Select Notepad.

Step 5 - Press 'CTRL + A' (Highlight everything) > Press 'CTRL + C' , Copy.

Step 6 - Right Click 'Winapp.exe.config' > Open with Notepad.

Step 7 - Press 'CTRL + A' > Press 'CTRL + V' , Paste the value into the corrupted 'WinApp.exe.config' > Click Save

Open QnE, and no need to re-append Database.
