How to Import Bill of Material and Stock Items from Excel ?

Stock Items Import from Excel 

First, you will need to import all Finishing Goods & Bill of Material into Stock Items from Excel.

  1. Go to Stock > Stock Items (To Export the Excel Template)
  2. Select / Highlight 1 item
  3. Right click > choose  “IO” > choose “Export” > choose “to Excel”
  4. Choose the Destination of Stock Items Excel Template and name of file to be create.
  5. Locate the Stock Items Template and fill up all the Finishing Goods and Bill of Material as Stock Items into the Stock Items Template.
  6. Go back to the Stock > Stock items screen
  7. Right click > choose  “IO” > choose “Import” > choose “from Excel”
  8. Click on the […] button and choose the Stock Items Template file and click [OK].
  9. Now, all your Finishing Goods & Bill of Material have imported from Excel.

 

Bill of Material from Excel

Next, you will need to import all Bill of Material needed to assembly your Finishing Goods.

  1. Go to Stock > Bill Of Material (To Export the Excel Template) NEED TO CREATE 1 SAMPLE BOM BEFORE CAN EXPORT
  2. Right click > choose “IO” > choose “Export” > choose “to Excel”
  3. Choose the Destination of BOM Excel Template and name of file to be create.
  4. Locate the BOM Template and fill up all the Bill of Material with BOM Code into left table and Finishing Goods’ Material into right table.
  5. Go back to the Stock > Bill Of Material screen
  6. Right click > choose  “IO” > choose “Import” > choose “from Excel”
  7. Now, all yours Bill of Material with BOM Code have imported from Excel.
