Scenario 

  This setting controls the access rights for certain users, determining whether they are permitted to access the customization center to tailor the layout according to their needs.

 

The customization center typically allows users to personalize various aspects of the application, such as modifying the layout, adding or removing features, or adjusting settings to better suit their workflow. By managing access to this center, administrators can ensure that only authorized individuals can make changes to the application's layout and configuration.

Solution 

 

  1. Go to Maintenance > User Roles


  1. Go to Users to set the role to user.

  1. Go to Permission > Other Operations


  1. Tick to allow Customization Center which enables user to customize default settings in the system.

Go to Maintenance > System Option to click Shift + Control + F9 and enter password 


 

Additional tools Customization Centre is activated

  1. Untick, this icon will not show in system as user is not able to access this additional function.


 

Even though click Shift + Control + F9, no prompt out message to key in password. 

Additional function is not activated.
