Scenario
To improve efficiency within your company, you can assign additional users to access the MyInvoice Portal. This will help distribute responsibilities and streamline the invoicing processes. Please follow the instructions provided to add extra users to your company's MyInvoice Portal account.
Solution
1. Go to https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/
2. Login the user the user who have access. Example Director of the Company
3. Once you have login you can click on Individual here for Role Selection
4. Select “Directors of the company / Organization Administrator” for selection the company you willing to appoint.
5. Select on the “Profile”
6. Selection “Appointment of Representative” and appoint your staff to base on following Type of Identification and submit.
7. Once you have done this step, your staff is able to login based on their own Identification Type to access My Invoice Portal
