e-Invoice submission fail. Error Code: ERR_LHDN_SUBMISION FORBIDDEN

Scenario:

When submit e-Invoice submission fail. Error Code: ERR_LHDN_SUBMISSION_FORBIDDEN

Message: Request failed with status code Forbidden   

Solution:

1. Access to https://myinvois.hasil.gov.my  

Note: Login company account   

2. Click the drop-down arrow on top right, then select ‘Switch Taxpayer’

3. Select the company that you encountered submission issue then click ‘Switch’ 

4. Then continue by clicking on ‘View Taxpayer Profile’ 

5. Ensure the Taxpayer Name matches the company facing the submission issue. 

6. Scroll down and check Representative > Intermediaries, click the 3-dot button  

7. Click continue

8. Please ensure representation date are not expired. Ensure the Permission all enable, then click save
