Overview:
Client ID and Secret code is required in order to connect LHDN. However, user may encounter key in correct client ID and secret code with correct environment selected but still showing “Failed to connect to LHDN”
Solution:
Access to Preprod My Tax or My Tax, go to Tax Payer profile
Go to Intermediaries, click edit
Check is the Representation From date is include current date, if not may include current date then only able connect to LHDN.
After change may try connect again.
