Overview:
User to configure the LHDN API connection from Optimum Software to enable e-Invoice submission and validation
Scenario:
in e-Invoice setting, I have updated Client Configuration for Client ID and Client Secret, however when I click connect system prompts error: Unexpected response status: Internal Server Error
Solution:
✅ It's possible that when setting up the company profile, users may accidentally copy and paste the ROC or TIN with hidden or invisible spaces that aren't visible on the front end but are detected in the backend.
✅ To resolve this, re-enter the ROC and TIN manually (without copy-pasting), save the changes, and try registering and
connecting again.
