Scenario:

You are a new user who wants to start using QNE AI Cloud POS for your business. To begin, you need to sign up for an account and set up your company profile to customize your system settings. This guide will walk you through:

✅ Setting up your company profile with essential business details
✅ Ensuring your account is properly configured to start managing sales and inventory efficiently.

This guide is designed to make the onboarding process seamless and user-friendly, helping you get started with QNE AI Cloud POS in just a few minutes! ?

Solution：

1. Open your internet browser, such as Google Chrome, and go to pos.qne.cloud. 

 2. Click on 'Sign Up' and enter the email address you want to set as the database owner.

3. Fill in the company name, phone number & password .

 4. System will send a confirmation email to your inbox.

5. Press 'Click to verify email'.

6. System will confirm your email address and you can now log into the system.7. Please key-in again your email & password.

8. Press 'Your Company'.

9. Press 'Get Started'. 

 10. Select 'Country', Fill in 'Business Name', Select 'Industry', and 'Business Type'.

11. Fill in Financial Period, and upload Icon

At this stage, you must define parameters pertaining to your Company’s followed Fiscal Period, which will be the standard of the system for financial reporting.

Identify the Fiscal Month and Year, as well as the Accounting Start Month or Cut-off Date, which will serve as the basis for your Account Opening Balances.

12. Press 'Access the POS System'
