How to Find and Use Your Company ID in QNE AI Cloud POS ©

In QNE AI Cloud POS, every company is assigned a unique Company ID.
This ID is essential for various functions such as:

• Connecting your Front End POS with the Backend Cloud POS,

• Submitting a support request to QNE,

• Verifying your company in the QNE ecosystem.

This guide will walk you through how to locate, copy, and use your Company ID confidently and correctly.

✅ Scenario:

You are setting up your Front End POS or requesting assistance from QNE support, and the system or support team asks you to provide your Company ID.
You're unsure where to find it — this guide shows you exactly where to go and what to do.

✅ Solution：

Step 1 - Login QNE AI Cloud 

Note: Please fill in Email Address, and Password then Press Login.

Step 2 - Once you have successfully logged in, you will find the Company ID located at the top-left panel, directly beneath the company name. 

Step 3 - Company ID can be copied by press this button.
