In QNE AI Cloud POS, users can set up various payment methods such as Cash, Credit Card, Online Payment (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet), and more. This feature allows users to manage and track different payment methods efficiently. By maintaining a clear record of daily revenue per payment method, users can gain insights into sales trends and analyze transaction frequencies based on payment types. With this data, businesses can develop targeted strategies to attract customers using specific payment methods, ultimately boosting sales.


Scenario:

✅ A retail store wants to track different payment methods used by customers.
✅ The store manager sets up Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Touch 'n Go eWallet in the system.
✅ At the end of the day, the system generates a report showing revenue collected from each payment method.
✅ The manager notices that Touch 'n Go eWallet transactions have increased by 30% in the past month.
✅ Based on this insight, the store launches a special promotion for customers who use Touch 'n Go eWallet to further encourage digital payments.


Solution:
Step 1 - Expand Settings > Expand Maintenance > Press 'Payment Method'


Step 2 - Press 'Add'


Step 3 - Insert required field, then Press 'Submit'


Payment Method created successfully
