Create Promoter in QNE AI Cloud POS Portal Ⓙ

Overview:

A promoter is often referred to sales representative that engages with customers and driving sales at the retail level. In QNE AI Cloud POS, creating promoters allows you to assign transactions to specific sales personnel.

Scenario:

You’ve just hired a sales promoter to work at your outlet. Each of them will be attending to walk-in customers and handling sales. To assign the promoter to the transactions, you need to register them in the QNE AI Cloud POS system.

By referring to this article, you will learn how to:

✅ Add promoters into the POS system

✅ Assign sales transactions to the correct promoter

Solution:

1. Expand the Customers tab and click on “Promoters” tab and you will be able to view the Promoters page.

2. From the Promoters page, click Add button to create a new promoter.

3. Fill in the required fill. Promoter Code is a unique code for each promoter, along with their Name. Click the Active toggle button ON if the promoter is actively working as a promoter, and toggle it OFF if they’re not active anymore.

Additionally, you can fill in optional details such as Gender, Mobile No., Email Address, Salary, IC No., Default Team, Date Joined and Date Left (if necessary).

4. There are Remarks and Attachment tabs that allow you to input any remarks or attachments for your internal record, you may leave it empty if it’s not necessary.

5. You can click Save or Save & New after confirming all the details are correct.

6. You can click Dropdown button for more option to Save & Close the Promoter form.

7. Now the Promoter has been added successfully. You can click on the Promoter’s Code to view and manage the promoter's details.

8. You are able to Edit the information by clicking the Edit button and manage the promoter’s details as you required.

9. To delete the Promoter, you can click on the More options button and click Delete.

10. Other options to delete from the Promoter’s List, you can tick the Checkbox at the first column.

11. Click Delete button and system will prompt a Confirmation message to confirm deleting the Promoters. Click Confirm Delete.

For any Promoter that has been assigned to any transactions, it will be prompt a message that the deletion is not allowed due to Promoter is in use.

Meanwhile, from the QNE AI Cloud POS Windows App, you will be able to assign the Promoter to the transactions as per following figure.
